Data Controller

What data we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form we collect the data you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL and the description of your project. We do not use profiling or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we process your data
We process inquiry data exclusively to respond to your request and to prepare a quote (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without separate consent.
How long we keep your data
Inquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months, after which it is deleted.
Who processes your data
Data is stored and processed through service providers acting as processors: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery) and our website hosting provider. These providers may process data within and outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) also processes visit statistics — see the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali — www.garanteprivacy.it). To exercise your rights write to info@lumviko.dev.
